Horizon School Division is looking for a dedicated Educational Assistant to work Mondays and Wednesdays. This role includes providing personal care and ensuring student safety, while fostering positive interactions among children. A background in play-based learning and Hanen training will enhance your impact in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Encourage positive interactions among young students
• Provide personal care as needed including toileting and feeding
• Ensure student safety through close supervision




• Assist students with life skills tools and activities
• Maintain collegial relationships with educational staff

Requirements:
• Experience working with children in a primary setting
• Background in play-based learning is an asset
• Ability to uphold confidentiality and safety standards
• Strong communication and patience skills
• Must be of legal age for a Criminal Records Check
