Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and agile HotPot Chef to lead the preparation and presentation of authentic hotpot dishes in a vibrant restaurant environment. Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of hotpot dishes, ensuring consistency, quality, and authenticity in every serving
Oversee food preparation processes, including ingredient selection, portioning, and cooking techniques
Manage kitchen staff by supervising daily operations, providing guidance, and fostering teamwork
Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all kitchen activities
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of orders
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and minimize waste through effective food handling practices
Lead by example in maintaining a clean,



organized, and efficient kitchen environment that upholds the highest standards of hospitality

Qualifications
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service within a rapid-paced culinary setting
Supervising experience in a kitchen or restaurant workplace is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
Experience with restaurant management or hospitality operations is advantageous
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and ensuring guest satisfaction
Background in the food industry with a focus on Asian cuisine or hotpot dishes is a plus
