Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, and bulldozers to support construction activities
Assist in paving operations, including preparing surfaces and laying asphalt or concrete
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
Support the installation of infrastructure components, including framing, fencing, and groundwork
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines
Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through routine inspections and minor repairs




Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to ensure quality workmanship on every project

Qualifications
Prior construction experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with common tools and procedures
Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively is a strong advantage
Knowledge of paving techniques and materials is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed
Physical stamina to perform demanding manual labor in various weather conditions
Solid teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards
Willingness to learn recent skills and adapt quickly in a fast-moving construction workplace
