On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst - Senior for a 6 month contract role. This position requires full time onsite presence at our client’s office.

Business Analyst - Senior - Job Description:
This role focuses on business process reengineering and the application of Agile methodologies. The Business Analyst - Senior will work on significant projects aimed at improving business processes and efficiency.

Business Analyst - Senior - Responsibilities:
Provide a comprehensive range of I⁢ business analysis services for clients with diverse business and technological needs.
Lead and facilitate workshops to elicit, review, document, and confirm business requirements, business process reengineering, business models, business rules, and user interface design.
Develop performance measures for business analysis evaluations and conduct follow-up assessments.
Prepare and advise on business analysis policies, processes, best practices, and standards.
Conduct business modeling, use case modeling, and process and data flow modeling.
Monitor progress, resolve problems, and report regularly to I⁢ management and stakeholders.

Business Analyst - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
Demonstrated ability to prepare explicit, concise,



and comprehensive documentation.
Ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
Experience in leading business analysis for medium to large-sized projects.
Proficiency with Agile methodologies.
Proficient in a range of business analysis and project management tools (e.g., DevOps, MS Visio, Figma).

Business Analyst - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience in the use of information retrieval packages.
Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles.
Experience developing performance measures for business analysis evaluation.
Awareness of emerging I⁢ trends and technologies.
Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA).

This is a 6 month contract position.
