Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to ensure their comfort and dignity
Support seniors and individuals with disabilities through compassionate care tailored to their unique needs
Administer medications safely following established protocols and document all medication activities accurately
Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, ensuring dietary restrictions and preferences are respected
Maintain a clean, protected, and welcoming workplace by performing light housekeeping and sanitation tasks
Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a sense of community and belonging




Collaborate with healthcare professionals to monitor residents’ health status and report any concerns promptly

Requirements
Previous experience working in assisted living facilities or nursing homes is highly preferred
Demonstrated experience in senior care, dementia care, or caring for individuals with disabilities
Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols
Strong caregiving skills combined with excellent communication abilities
Ability to perform cleaning tasks, meal preparation, and other household duties effectively
Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for others
Certification as a Health Care Aide or equivalent is an asset; willingness to obtain necessary certifications if not already held

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
