The hourly wage rate for this position is $20.50 . Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. How you will make an impact:
Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, pots, pans, trays, and utensils based on procedures and assigned equipment
Maintain the dish and kitchen area and ensures equipment is clean, in working condition and complies with safety standards
Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces




Prepare food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery, and service schedules
Remove trash and place it in designated containers. Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans
Assists in loading, unloading and transfer supplies, products and equipment between storage and work areas
Assist in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required
Use established ticket collection procedures during service. Responsible for records from area worked during service periods
Clean kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Store or discard excess food in accordance with protected food-handling procedures
Keep refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat. Ensure food and supply items are stored per standards
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed
Other duties and tasks as assigned
