Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Millwright to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust foundation in mechanical and welding systems, with the ability to build, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure operational efficiency and reliability in our manufacturing processes.

Duties
Install, align, and maintain machinery and equipment according to specifications and schematics.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to identify and resolve issues effectively.
Fabricate parts as needed using welding techniques and other fabrication methods.
Collaborate with other trades such as machine operators and industrial electricians to ensure comprehensive maintenance solutions.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed, including repairs and replacements.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing all tasks.

Experience
Minimum 3 yrs experience as a Licensed Millwright/MTBI




Proven experience as a Millwright or in a similar role within an industrial setting.
Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret schematics.
Proficiency in welding techniques and fabrication processes is highly desirable.
Experience with industrial maintenance practices, including troubleshooting electrical systems, is preferred.
MIG welding experience
