We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Law Clerk specializing in Tort law to join our energetic legal team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting personal injury cases by managing case files, conducting legal research, and assisting with all aspects of litigation. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will ensure smooth case progression from initial intake through resolution, helping clients receive the justice they deserve. Responsibilities
Assist lawyers with case preparation by organizing and maintaining case files using legal management software such as Clio.
Draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, correspondence, and reports with precision and clarity.
Interview clients, witnesses, and experts to gather pertinent information for case development while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry and filing of documents accurately within electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and compliance.
Proofread all legal documents meticulously to prevent errors and ensure adherence to court standards.
Manage project timelines,



prioritize tasks effectively, and coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines efficiently.

Skills
Proven proofreading skills with keen attention to detail in legal documentation.
Strong project management abilities to handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining organization.
Excellent interviewing skills combined with qualified phone etiquette for client interactions.
Demonstrated administrative experience including data entry, filing, and clerical tasks within a legal setting.
Solid understanding of legal drafting, writing skills, and research techniques related to tort law.
Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of information accurately and efficiently.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
