Spotlight Academy is a vibrant, fast-growing musical theatre training studio dedicated to building confident, resilient performers. We serve students from JK through adults and are seeking passionate, high-energy educators and musical theatre enthusiats to join our team.

Successful candidates will begin teaching in January 2027 and must be available from January through June 2027 at minimum.

Responsibilities
Lead engaging musical theatre classes for children and teens
Support rehearsals and productions
Create a positive, structured classroom environment
Collaborate with the Spotlight creative and admin teams
Maintain solid classroom leadership and professionalism

Requirements
Background in musical theatre performance and/or teaching
Experience working with children strongly preferred
Solid leadership and classroom management skills
Positive, reliable, team-oriented attitude




Comfortable teaching a range of ages (adults an asset)
Evening and weekend availability is required
Ability to work at both North York and St. Clair locations
Availability from January through June 2027 at minimum
Vulnerable Sector Check (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $40.00-$65.00 per hour
