Sales-Customer Service Representative

Location: Oak Bluff, MB
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per year

Staffmax is currently recruiting a Customer Service Representative for one of our valued clients in the Oak Bluff area. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused qualified who enjoys working in a team-oriented office setting and takes pride in delivering exceptional service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
Provide accurate product, pricing, and order information in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare quotes, process requests, and assist customers with general inquiries.
Support sales and operations teams by coordinating information, documentation, and customer communications.
Maintain customer records and update internal databases and documentation.
Assist with creating and improving office procedures, templates, and administrative processes.
Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery.
Manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications




Previous experience in customer service, administration, inside sales, or a related office environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
Experience preparing quotations, processing customer requests, or supporting sales teams is considered an asset.
