Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs to ensure a welcoming environment
Provide accurate information about products and services, helping customers make informed decisions
Support inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing displays efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring a tidy shopping experience
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational objectives
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to foster satisfaction and loyalty




Follow safety protocols and company policies to uphold a secure and compliant workplace

Requirements
Solid communication skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate loads throughout the shift
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
