Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in dental assisting, familiarity with medical terminology, and proficiency in software such as Maxident/Abeldent
Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of treatment procedures
Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment
Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
Take and develop dental x-rays
Manage patient records and documentation
Schedule appointments and maintain an organized front desk
Assist with dental receptionist duties as needed
Experience:
Prove experience as a Dental Assistant or similar role
Knowledge of dental assisting procedures and terminology
Familiarity with Maxident.
Experience in pediatric and orthodontic dentistry is advantageous
