We are seeking a carpenter apprentice for framing, renovation, restoration, foundation and finishing projects.

Ideal candidates would be :
Eager, hardworking individuals willing to work as a team and / or independently on various construction projects.
Be well mannered and able to communicate with other staff and clients
Able to work with sub trades
Take pride in their work
Valid BC Drivers license

Experience:
construction: Minimum 2 years experience (Preferred)

Job Duties:
Understanding customer requirements
Responding to change orders
Team player
Working with subcontractors
Knowledge of building codes and regulations
Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (Occupational Health and Safety)
Knowledge of woods and their uses and adaptability
Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:
Victoria, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
