Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email, ensuring transparent and effective communication.
Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently.
Utilize data entry skills to accurately record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback into our systems.
Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to meet customer needs while supporting sales goals.
Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with diverse customers.




Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.

Experience
Proven experience in customer service or a related role, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Multilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred to serve our diverse customer base effectively.
Robust analysis skills to interpret customer data, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
Experience with data entry tools and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is advantageous.
Knowledge of sales techniques, including upselling strategies, to maximize customer value.
Bilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging with a broader audience.
Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and the ability to communicate clearly across different channels.
