Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Clinic Manager to join our agile team. In this pivotal role, you will support the clinic’s daily operations, oversee staff activities, and ensure exceptional patient care. Your leadership will help maintain our high standards of service while fostering a positive and effective work environment.

Duties
Being involved and assist in managing daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, staff coordination and bookings.
Assist the Clinic Director in daily operational workings.
Oversee human resources functions such as onboarding, training, and performance evaluations of the front desk staff.
Efficiently running daily operations of the clinic.
Analyzing all necessary business reports to create plan of action, implementing them and monitoring the performance.
Daily,



weekly and monthly tracking of KPIs as discussed on a real time basis.
Arranging management meetings with directors and presenting the clinic score card.
Manage more than 100 appointments every day with complete bookings onboardings, serving and billing settlements.
Overlooking and ensuring all the therapy rooms are perfectly done for therapies for the day.
Managing all the vendors for all consumables and inventory management.

Job Requirement.
In depth familiarity with Jane EMR and Microsoft office.
Strong knowledge of human resources practices within healthcare settings.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in retail customer service
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, medical terminology, and wellness clinic protocols is advantageous
