Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across various commercial or institutional spaces. This role is essential in creating a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors. Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided to the right candidate.

Duties
Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of assigned areas
Clean and sanitize restrooms, equipment, and common areas to meet health and safety standards
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly
Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing
Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively
Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent quality of service
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards identified during cleaning activities




Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during daily operations

Requirements
Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Solid attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Positive physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Reliable work ethic with punctuality and professionalism
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently in a team environment
Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus
