Duties
Supervise daily food service operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety standards
Lead, train, and motivate team members in food preparation, cooking techniques, serving, and customer service excellence
Oversee food handling procedures, maintaining compliance with food safety regulations and cleanliness standards
Manage POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate cash handling, order processing, and transaction reconciliation
Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes to build a skilled and motivated team
Monitor restaurant performance metrics, optimize workflow, and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction
Ensure proper food storage, inventory control,



and adherence to sanitation protocols in the kitchen and dining areas

Experience
Proven supervising experience within the food industry or restaurant management environment
Extensive food service experience with skills in food preparation, cooking, bartending, or barista roles preferred
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms for productive transaction management
Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management, training, and interviewing candidates
Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling practices, and hospitality best practices
Background in restaurant or hotel settings demonstrating excellent customer service skills
Experience with cash handling procedures and managing restaurant operations during busy periods
