Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Worker for a full-time seasonal position. This role involves working on various construction projects that require expertise in concrete installation and finishing. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in masonry, carpentry, and heavy equipment operation, with the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics. This position offers an excellent chance to contribute to large-scale renovation and restoration projects, utilizing a wide range of hand and power tools.

Duties
Prepare and set forms for concrete pouring, including concrete forming and rebar installation
Operate heavy equipment such as mixers, cranes, and other machinery necessary for concrete work
Mix, pour, and finish concrete surfaces with precision to meet project specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate construction
Install flooring, caulking, and other related components as part of renovation projects
Perform masonry tasks including restoration work and concrete finishing techniques
Use hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and installing materials




Ensure safety protocols are followed during all phases of construction work involving heavy lifting and equipment operation
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining high quality standards

Skills
Mechanical knowledge relevant to construction tools and heavy equipment operation
Experience with rebar installation, concrete forming, and masonry techniques
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and schematics for construction tasks
Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently in a construction workplace
Skilled in concrete finishing techniques including smoothing, texturing, and sealing surfaces
Knowledge of blueprint reading for accurate project execution
Experience with flooring installation, caulking, welding, and renovation processes is a plus
Physical ability for heavy lifting and working in demanding outdoor conditions
Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
