Responsibilities
Engage with prospective students through phone calls, virtual meetings to promote program offerings and answer inquiries.
Guide applicants through the admissions process, including application completion, documentation review, and eligibility assessments.
Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new students.
Assist in developing outreach strategies to attract diverse student populations and increase enrollment numbers.
Maintain detailed records of all communications and follow-up activities to ensure timely responses and personalized engagement.





Qualifications
Proven experience in public speaking , with the ability to confidently present information to diverse audiences.
Familiarity with Ellucian or similar student information systems is highly desirable.
Solid recruiting skills with a passion for motivating others to pursue their educational aspirations.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively communicate complex information.
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment.
Prior experience in an educational setting or admissions role is a plus but not required.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 per week
