Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled International Medical Graduate to join our team. This is a full time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Salary: 19/hr (Negotiable)

Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
Work with the physicians under medical directives
Perform simple medical procedures under medical directives such as taking vaginal swabs, blood test, among others
Answer phone calls professionally, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
Collect patient information and verify insurance details prior to appointments.
Ensure compliance with medical regulations.
Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.

Skills
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting (preferred).
Proficient in using office equipment,



EMR -TELUS CHR and phone systems effectively.
Strong medical knowledge and a track record of high performance. Having taken and passed one of the Canadian Exam (MCCQE 1 or NAC) is preferred but not required.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Solid interpersonal skills to interact positively with patients and staff alike.
Administrative skills including attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
