The Senior Therapist provides high-quality, individualized ABA therapy to children and families in their homes. In addition to providing direct therapy, the Senior Therapist supports the implementation of treatment programs, mentors ABA Therapists, collaborates with the clinical team, and helps ensure consistency and quality of services.

Key Responsibilities
Provide individualized ABA therapy in the client’s home and other approved community settings.
Implement treatment programs and strategies developed by the BCBA.
Support skill development in areas such as communication, social skills, daily living, independence, and behavior regulation.
Collect accurate and consistent data during therapy sessions.
Monitor client progress and communicate observations, concerns, and successes to the BCBA.
Support and mentor ABA Therapists in the implementation of treatment plans and session procedures.
Model effective teaching and behavior-support strategies for team members and caregivers.
Maintain professional and respectful relationships with clients and their families.
Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers,



and other members of the client’s care team.
Complete session documentation and required records accurately and on time.
Maintain confidentiality and follow all applicable organizational, ethical, and safety standards.
Promote a positive, respectful, and supportive learning setting within the home.

Qualifications
Experience providing ABA therapy, preferably in an in-home setting.
Robust understanding of ABA principles and evidence-based teaching strategies.
Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
Robust communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently while following clinical direction.
Comfortable working respectfully within family homes and adapting to different home environments.
Relevant education, training, and certifications as required for the position.

Pay: $23.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
