Love cleaning but want to be your own boss? We'll bring you the clients.

Fresh & Flawless Cleaning is a growing residential cleaning company serving Victoria and surrounding areas. Our client list is growing faster than our team, so we're looking for reliable, detail-oriented independent cleaners to take on regular, recurring homes.

You run your own small business. We handle finding clients, booking, scheduling and payment collection, so you can spend your time cleaning instead of chasing work.

What you get:
Steady work without the marketing. We bring you recurring clients across Greater Victoria.
Versatile availability. You tell us when you're available and which jobs you want to take.
Competitive pay: $25-$30 per hour.
Support when you need it. Our office team handles client communication and rescheduling.
Room to grow. Contractors who do well get first pick of new recurring clients and pay increases.

What the work looks like:
Standard, deep and move-in/move-out cleans in residential homes
Following our Fresh & Flawless checklist so every client gets a consistent result
Showing up on time for the jobs you've accepted and letting us know early if something changes

What we're looking for:

Previous cleaning experience (residential or commercial). Robust attention to detail matters more than years of experience.
Reliable: when you accept a job, the client can count on you being there
Your own transportation (vehicle preferred) to get between homes
A smartphone, so you can receive job details and communicate with our team
Legally able to work in Canada and comfortable working as a self-employed contractor
Friendly and professional in clients' homes

How to get started:
Apply here. It takes about 2 minutes.
Quick phone call with our team.
Paid Trial clean, so we can see your work and you can see how we operate.
Start taking jobs right away once you pass.

We're bringing on new contractors now. Apply today and we'll be in touch within 48 hours.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Perks:
Flexible schedule

Do you have a valid Canadian driving license?
