Are you mechanically minded? You might be the person we are looking for.

MUST HAVE PERMANENT RESIDENCE IN CANADA

We are a small (but very busy) company looking for a full time maintenance person to join our team. Steady work, Regular monthly pay.

We will definitely look at training the right person - no experience needed. Training is provided. Some maintenance/maintenance person person knowledge would be excellent but not necessary. Minor plumbing, minor electrical. light carpentry, all aspects of routine maintenance in apartments and townhouses, etc. (apartment suites/condos).

English and (filipino) Tagalog would be excellent.

Some on-call evenings weekends.

Must have Permanent Residence in Canada

MUST HAVE: OWN TOOLS,



OWN RELIABLE VEHICLE

(Daily jobs are all over the City of Edmonton, Spruce Grove, etc., so I have checked the box that says "Travel For Work 100%")

A current criminal check will also be required.

Looking for someone that can work independently and turn in daily reports. (email)

Pay: From $3,800.00 per month
