We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Math Teacher (OCT) to inspire and educate students in a agile classroom environment. As a Math Teacher (OCT), you will play a vital role in shaping the mathematical understanding of students across various grade levels, including those requiring special education accommodations.

Duties
Deliver engaging math lessons aligned with Ontario curriculum standards to inspire student interest and understanding
No lesson planning required (utilizing pre-existing supplementary worksheets and structured programs).
Stable, predictable after-school/weekend hours.
A supportive, skilled learning center setting.




Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing timely feedback to support growth
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and support student success
Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages active participation, critical thinking, and collaboration skills
Proven experience in tutoring or teaching mathematics at various grade levels
Strong classroom management skills with the ability to motivate students of all abilities
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
