Crystal Jade Palace is the premium flagship concept of Crystal Jade, an internationally recognized restaurant group founded in Singapore. We are preparing to open at GreenTee Richmond Golf Centre and are seeking an experienced Bar Lead to join our opening team.

The Bar Lead is a hands-on position responsible for supporting daily bar operations, maintaining beverage standards and helping lead the Bartender team. This role is ideal for an experienced Bartender who is ready to take the next step into a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities
Lead daily bar preparation and service
Prepare cocktails and other beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards
Maintain consistency, quality and speed of beverage production
Monitor bar inventory, organize stock and assist with ordering and receiving
Ensure all ingredients, garnishes and supplies are prepared before service
Support the development and testing of cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages
Train and guide Bartenders and bar support staff
Provide beverage knowledge and service support to the F&B; team
Work closely with Servers, restaurant management and the kitchen
Engage with members and VIP guests and provide knowledgeable beverage recommendations
Support private dining,



member events and special functions
Maintain bar cleanliness, organization and responsible alcohol-service standards
Assist with opening, closing and cash-handling procedures

Qualifications
Minimum two years of bartending experience in an upscale restaurant, hotel or high-volume bar
Previous Bar Lead, Head Bartender or supervisory experience is preferred
Solid knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beverage service
Basic experience with inventory management and beverage cost control
Confident communication, training and organizational skills
Professional, dependable and comfortable working in a hands-on service role
Able to communicate effectively in English
Mandarin or Cantonese is considered an asset
Experience with VIP guests, private dining or membership-based service is an asset
Valid Serving It Right certification
Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
