What you’ll do
Welcome guests and provide friendly, effective service.
Take orders accurately and prepare coffee, beverages, and food to Tim Hortons standards.
Support counter and drive-thru service, keeping orders moving while maintaining quality.
Keep workstations, equipment, and guest areas clean, organized, and stocked.
Follow food safety procedures, including temperature checks, product labelling, and safe food handling.
Communicate with teammates and shift leaders to help each shift run smoothly.
