For our continuously growing business, we are currently looking for a RA processing Coordinator to be based at our Mississauga office.

Key functions and responsibilities:
Data entry in CRM-SAP to issue Return Material Authorization (RMA/Exchange) after inspecting, analyzing the information/pictures provided by the retailer (adhering to all given guidelines/policy)
Providing waybill or a Bill of Lading (BOL) ensuring pick-ups from individual stores and distribution center after issuing the RMA
Follow-up with transportation company, stores/central stores for returning the RMA units to our refurbishers or office as required.




Entering pricing and STA of each unit into ERP and posting goods into the service location.
Prioritize pending returns to meet ageing deadlines.
Communicate/alert any abnormal quality or process related issues related to returns to the department manager.
Assist in processing of invoices/claims in Global Reimbursement System (GRS).
Assist quality support engineer in product handing and testing.
Perform all other essential duties as directed.

Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service-related position in a service industry.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Attention to details and ability to maintain accurate records.
Proficient in Mandarin.
