Residential construction company seeking a full time skilled trade/handyman for long term employment.

Monday to Thursday (7:00am – 4:30pm), Friday (7:00am to 3:30pm)

$30.00 to $40.00 per hour depending on experience. Weekends & Statutory holidays off. Paid sick days & vacation days.

The successful candidate must have a G drivers license with a good standing driving record. Must have full time access to a vehicle as they will be responsible to drive from one job site to another. All projects are located in London.

DRYWALL INSTALLATION/REPAIR/PATCHING & TAPING
PAINTING
FRAMING
TRIM WORK
FLOORING INSTALLATION

Requirements:
Previous experience in skilled labor or construction work preferred
Proficiency in electrical work, construction painting, power tool usage, concrete forming, plumbing, carpentry, hand tool usage, blueprint reading, welding, and tile laying




Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Robust attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements
