Responsibilities
Carefully review order sheets or electronic systems to identify items for picking
Efficiently locate and select products from storage areas using handheld scanners or manual methods
Verify the accuracy of picked items against order specifications before packing
Safely operate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary (training provided if needed)
Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment following company quality standards




Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies promptly to supervisors

Skills
Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout shifts
Good organizational skills with a focus on efficiency in a fast-paced environment
Basic familiarity with warehouse equipment such as scanners, pallet jacks, or forklifts (training available)
Clear communication skills to follow instructions accurately and collaborate with team members
Dependability with a positive attitude and willingness to learn recent processes
