General Labourer – Commercial Construction

$20–$25 per hour (depending on experience)
Full time / Contract
We are currently hiring General Labourers to support the construction of a new commercial retail development in Windsor. This is an excellent chance to gain experience on a large-scale construction project while working alongside experienced trades and construction professionals.
Responsibilities:
Move and organize construction materials throughout the job site
Perform site cleanup and maintain a safe work environment
Assist skilled trades with general labour tasks
Load and unload materials and equipment
Follow site safety procedures and supervisor instructions
Support other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Previous construction or general labour experience is an asset
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Steel toe boots and appropriate PPE required
Reliable transportation to the job site
Strong work ethic,
reliability, and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience operating a ride-on floor scrubber or concrete slab finishing machine is considered a strong asset
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Day shifts (8–10 hours)
Overtime may be available based on project needs
