Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, purchases, and returns
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card processing, and receipts
Conduct product demos to showcase features, especially for technology or electronics items
Upsell related products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured items
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently while maintaining accuracy in transactions




Demonstrate phone etiquette when handling inquiries or follow-up calls from customers or vendors

Qualifications
Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Robust communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
Basic math skills for cash handling, calculating totals, discounts, and change accurately
Familiarity with POS systems and retail merchandising practices is advantageous
Ability to perform basic technical product demos and explain features clearly to customers
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively during peak hours

Pay: $17.60-$22.30 per hour
