Part‑Time Pet Care Sales Associate

Calling all pet lovers who thrive in sales. We’re looking for an outgoing, motivated team member who excels at suggestive selling, customer engagement, and creating a excellent in‑store experience.

What You’ll Do
Deliver excellent customer service with robust product recommendations
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain inventory, stock shelves, and support merchandising
Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming
Participate in ongoing product and nutrition training

What You Bring
Sales, retail, or customer service experience required
Computer literate and comfortable using apps, training platforms, email, and social media
Availability for days, evenings, and weekends




Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for long periods
Reliable transportation
Solid communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude
Passion for animals and willingness to learn
Understanding of basic retail operations (cash handling, store standards, merchandising)

Hours

15–20 hours per week to start.
