Key Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and achieving sales targets.
Assist with opening and closing the store and ensuring operational standards are maintained.
Help lead, motivate and support team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
Ensure customers enjoy a welcoming, engaging and positive shopping experience.
Develop product knowledge to assist customers and support team training.
Assist with merchandising, product demonstrations, pricing, receiving and inventory management.
Maintain store presentation, cleanliness and organization.
Help monitor inventory levels and ensure merchandise is stocked and displayed effectively.
Support staff development, team communication and the implementation of store procedures.
Step into a leadership role when the Store Manager is unavailable.

About You
Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate,



coach and support a team.
Previous retail or supervisory experience is an asset.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, initiative and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills and the ability to operate a POS system.
Sound mathematical skills and strong reading comprehension.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and daily operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting and adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to stand for scheduled shifts and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally, bending, reaching and climbing step stools.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
