Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently and accurately
Handle cash, credit card payments, and cash handling procedures with integrity and accuracy
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, ensuring food safety standards are met
Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks to support overall service quality
Engage with customers warmly, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly




Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality

Skills
Proven experience as a Barista or in food service, with a strong foundation in serving and food preparation
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for smooth transaction processing
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach
Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing orders accurately
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
