Custodian – Dartmouth Locations

Thereway Cleaning Limited is seeking an ambitious, hardworking, and creative individual to join our team as a Custodian at our Dartmouth locations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness within the facility.

Position Details:
Full-time position
Day shifts and early evening hours

Requirements
Robust interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
Effective verbal communication skills
Valuable time management and organizational abilities
Ability to pass a criminal background check (required for security clearance)
Operate vacuum cleaners to remove dirt and debris
Clean windows in building entrances
Collect and dispose of garbage




Empty trash cans and waste containers
Sweep, mop, and use auto scrubbers on floors
Maintain cleanliness of common areas
Clean restrooms, hallways, and other facilities
Report maintenance issues or deficiencies to the Property Manager
