Duties
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services, emphasizing features and benefits.
Conduct engaging product demos to highlight key functionalities, especially for technology-related items, ensuring customers grasp the value proposition.
Assist in merchandising efforts by organizing displays, managing inventory levels, and ensuring products are attractively presented.
Upsell complementary services to maximize sales prospects while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions promptly, resolving issues efficiently,



and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Manage time effectively to balance customer interactions with administrative tasks such as logging sales and updating product information.

Qualifications
Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively.
Previous experience in service sales or technology sales is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and closing.
Demonstrated organizational skills to manage merchandising displays and maintain an orderly sales floor.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and performing straightforward calculations.
Experience with cashiering systems (POS) and cash handling procedures is advantageous.
Excellent time management, phone etiquette, and customer service skills to foster positive interactions and efficient store operations.
