Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pipefitter Foreman/woman to lead and oversee complex piping installation projects within the construction industry. This role is vital in ensuring that all piping systems are installed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As a Pipefitter Foreman/woman, you will coordinate teams, manage project timelines, and ensure adherence to blueprints, schematics, and safety protocols. Your leadership will drive project success from start to finish, fostering a cooperative workplace that emphasizes precision and excellence.

Duties
Lead and supervise pipefitting crews, assigning tasks and monitoring progress to meet project deadlines.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate installation of piping systems.
Oversee the installation of piping systems using construction management software and tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6.
Conduct quality control inspections to verify compliance with specifications, schematics, and safety standards.
Manage project budgets by tracking labor hours, material costs, and resource allocation effectively.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure seamless workflow and communication.




Implement best practices in construction estimating, scheduling, and safety procedures to optimize project outcomes.

Qualifications
Proven supervising experience in pipefitting or related construction fields.
Extensive construction experience with a strong understanding of piping systems, schematics, and blueprints.
Proficiency with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other relevant tools.
Demonstrated ability in quality control processes and construction estimating.
Skilled in reading schematics and technical drawings for accurate installation.
Knowledge of budgeting principles and resource management within large-scale projects.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and enforce safety standards effectively.

Pay: $54.00-$68.00 per hour
