ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY You would have the opportunity to manage a downtown Vancouver residential building. The position includes a suite to live in at a discount.

ABOUT THE POSITION While reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will be to help tenants with their day-to-day needs. Some of your duties will include:
Maintaining a positive and skilled relationship with tenants
Managing 83 units
Showing vacant suites and recruiting recent tenants
Assisting with tenant paperwork
Being a resource to tenants by performing basic maintenance
Coordinating contractors alongside the admin team
Assisting in move-in orientations and move-out inspections
General cleaning of the building

THE REQUIREMENTS:
3 year's Experience as a Resident Caretaker or Building Manager (preferred)
This person must have a customer service focus




Must be comfortable living on site.
Maintenance light - must perform small basic maintenance (change a deadbolt, small paint touch ups, light bulbs, fix a faucet)

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
$35,000 to $45,000 per annum
