Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent, where you will be the welcoming face and reliable point of contact for our guests during overnight hours. This role combines the responsibilities of ensuring smooth front desk operations, providing exceptional guest services, and managing nightly audit procedures to maintain accurate financial records. Your energetic and attentive approach will help create a positive experience for every visitor while maintaining the security and integrity of our property.
Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and enthusiasm
Manage multi-line phone systems to answer calls promptly, provide information, and direct inquiries appropriately
Conduct nightly audits by reviewing financial transactions, balancing accounts, and preparing reports for management
Maintain accurate records of guest stays, reservations, and billing details in a timely manner
Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff by monitoring surveillance systems and performing routine property checks
Provide guest services such as concierge assistance,
local recommendations, and handling special requests to enhance their stay
Light housekeeping duties
Requirements
Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred; experience at the front desk or as a night auditor is a plus
Robust customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; ability to handle multi-line phone systems effectively
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests better
Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of hotel management software or property management systems is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and patience
