Job Description

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA Inspector to join our team in Scarborough. The ideal candidate will have previous quality inspection experience in the automotive manufacturing industry, with a strong ability to identify defects, inspect automotive components, and ensure products meet established quality standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections, documenting findings, and working closely with production teams to maintain product quality and compliance with customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect automotive parts, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Perform visual and dimensional inspections using appropriate measuring instruments.
Identify, document, and report defects, non-conformities, and quality concerns.
Conduct in-process and final product inspections.
Read and follow technical drawings, specifications, and inspection procedures.
Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate quality documentation.
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurring defects.
Ensure products meet customer specifications and company quality requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized,



and safe working workplace.
Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications
Previous QA/QC inspection experience in the automotive industry is required.
Minimum of 3 years of QA/QC experience.
Hands-on experience inspecting automotive parts and components.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to identify defects and non-conforming products.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic computer skills and experience maintaining inspection records.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining quality standards.

What We Offer
Competitive pay of $22.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience.
