Must-Have Skills & Experience
Industry Experience: Proven experience as a Grinder/Buffer Operator within automotive manufacturing or metal fabrication.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using hand grinders, bench grinders, and buffing wheels.
Quality Control: Ability to inspect finished workpieces using gauges or micrometers to ensure conformance to specifications.
Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret basic technical drawings and work orders.
Physical Stamina: Capacity to handle repetitive manual tasks and stand for extended periods in a manufacturing workplace. #AES3#
