Bloom Hotel – Tandoor Chop House is looking for a reliable, motivated, and hardworking Line Cook / Prep Cook to join our full time kitchen team in Mississauga.

We offer a menu featuring both Indian and Western cuisine, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys cooking, working with a team, and developing their kitchen skills.

We welcome candidates with previous kitchen experience as well as motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow.

What you'll do
Prepare vegetables, sauces, marinades, and other ingredients for daily service.
Cook and plate dishes from our Indian and Western menus.
Assist with daily food preparation and keep kitchen stations stocked.
Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and ready for service.
Work closely with the chef and kitchen team during busy service periods.

What we're looking for
Previous line cook or prep cook experience is preferred.




Familiarity with Indian or Western cuisine is an asset.
A dependable attitude, good teamwork, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
A valid Food Handler Certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
Availability to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.

Pay and schedule
Pay: $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated skills.
Full-time position.
Evening shift: approximately 3:30 PM to 10:00 PM or 10:30 PM, depending on operational requirements.
Consistent attendance and punctuality are key.
