Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Pizza Maker to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate has experience preparing pizzas , works well in a rapid-paced environment, and takes pride in quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

Duties,
Prepare and cook pizzas according to restaurant recipes and quality standards
Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients
Stretch and shape dough by hand or using a dough press
Assemble pizzas accurately and efficiently
Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure consistent quality
Prepare and portion ingredients for daily service
Maintain a clean and organized work station
Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
Properly store and label food products




Assist with food preparation and other kitchen duties as needed
Work efficiently during busy periods and maintain a positive attitude
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management

Qualifications
Previous pizza-making or kitchen experience preferred
Experience with pizza ovens and dough preparation is an asset
Ability to work in a quick-paced restaurant environment
Solid attention to detail
Ability to follow recipes and portion-control standards
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Food-handler certification is an asset

Pay: $17.60-$22.25 per hour
