Duties
Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure high-quality meal service
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards by cleaning kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas regularly
Support the kitchen team with basic food handling and safety procedures in accordance with health regulations
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling when required
Help with serving food and beverages to guests, ensuring prompt and friendly service
Follow food safety protocols diligently to uphold sanitation standards




Contribute to a positive guest experience through excellent communication skills and hospitality service

Experience
Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are highly valued
Familiarity with kitchen operations, food preparation, and basic cooking techniques is advantageous
Experience with POS systems like Micros POS or cash handling enhances your ability to support smooth service flow
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices is essential
Customer service skills that enable clear communication with guests and team members are significant
Experience working in hospitality settings such as hotels or cafes can be beneficial
