Duties
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS to process customer transactions accurately and swiftly
Prepare a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages following established recipes
Serve food items with professionalism and attentiveness, ensuring proper food handling and safety standards
Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including giving correct change and balancing registers at shift end
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly
Maintain cleanliness of the serving area, coffee station, and dining space in accordance with food safety guidelines




Assist in food preparation tasks when needed to support efficient service during busy periods

Qualifications
Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Robust time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and transaction accuracy
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to stand for extended periods, walk between stations, and lift moderate loads when necessary

Pay: $17.60-$17.90 per hour
