Store Manager – Job Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth and effective service.
Lead, train, and support staff to maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.
Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, portion standards, and food safety guidelines.
Ensure proper preparation of ingredients, including eggs, toppings, and other menu items.
Operate and oversee the proper use of kitchen equipment, including grills, fryers, and other equipment.
Manage cash handling, POS operations, order accuracy, and packaging.
Monitor inventory, supplies, and daily product needs.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly maintained throughout the day.
Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.




Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, performance, and overall workplace standards.
Ensure company policies, food safety procedures, and health regulations are followed.
Report operational issues, maintenance needs, and other concerns to management.

Requirements
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a small team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Basic math skills and experience handling cash.
Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
Previous restaurant or food-service experience is an asset but not required; training will be provided.
Must be willing to perform hands-on food preparation and support the team during busy periods.
