Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mould Finisher to join our energetic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for refining and finishing molds used in the production of high-quality plastic components.

Responsibilities
5+ years Tool and die maker or mould maker
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Ability to set-up and operate all Toolroom machinery
Ability to maintain a clean and safe work setting
Ability to build moulds, jigs, fixtures and assembly tooling to close tolerances
CNC set up experience
Ability to multi- task and switch priorities as required
Ability to train / mentor toolroom helpers or apprentices
Computer literate (Windows, MS word and Excel)
Be a good team player




? Ability to make sound cost effective technical decisions
Ability to work flexible schedule, shifts and overtime as required to meet company schedules.
Strong GD&T; Interpretation ability
EDM programming and Setup
Experience with Agie/GF, Fanuc controls.
Experience with CAM software – preferably Gibbs CAM
Experience with CAD design software, preferably SolidWorks
Experience manufacturing small parts with tight tolerances
Injection moulding experience
Knowledge of Mold flow analysis software as an asset

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
