Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Material Handler and Reach Truck Operator with experience working at heights up to 32 feet in high-rack storage environments. This energetic role involves safely managing inventory, operating reach trucks and other warehouse equipment, and supporting efficient warehouse distribution processes. Duties
Safely operate reach trucks to pick, place, and organize materials at heights up to 32 feet within high-rack storage areas
Use warehouse management systems to track inventory movements accurately
Perform order picking tasks efficiently, ensuring correct items are selected for shipment or restocking
Utilize forklifts, and order pickers to handle various types of materials and pallets




Conduct regular inspections of equipment such as forklifts and clamp trucks to ensure safety standards are maintained
Assist with heavy lifting tasks, adhering to proper techniques to prevent injury
Maintain organized storage areas, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times

Skills
Proven experience operating reach trucks in high-rack environments (up to 32 ft)
Knowledge of warehouse distribution processes and inventory management systems
Ability to operate forklifts proficiently
Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting basic equipment issues
Solid understanding of basic math for inventory counts and measurements
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and extended standing or walking shifts
Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and protocols

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
