Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, measuring, and assembling ingredients
Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Ensure timely delivery of orders to the dining area while maintaining high standards of service
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy periods
Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients or supplies




Adhere to restaurant policies regarding food handling, sanitation, and safety standards

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen workplace preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal presentation
Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
Strong understanding of the food industry standards for cleanliness and hygiene
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment under pressure
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards colleagues and guests
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
