Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, clear, and practical first aid training sessions to diverse groups of learners
Demonstrate first aid techniques, including CPR, AED use, wound care, and emergency response procedures
Prepare training materials, presentations, and practical exercises that enhance learning experiences
Assess participant understanding through interactive activities and provide constructive feedback
Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and certification completion




Stay current with the latest first aid protocols and industry best practices through ongoing professional development
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages questions, participation, and confidence-building

Requirements
Proven experience in teaching, preferably in health or safety-related fields
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and confidently
Strong classroom experience or experience leading group training sessions
Knowledge of current first aid standards, CPR, AED, and emergency response techniques
Ability to demonstrate practical skills effectively while engaging participants of varying backgrounds
Certification as a First Aid Instructor or willingness to obtain certification prior to onboarding (training provided if needed)
Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for promoting safety awareness and empowering others
